Device Groups
Device Groups in mambo EMM allow you to organize enrolled devices into logical collections.
Groups make it easier to apply policies to multiple devices at once.
Instead of managing devices one by one, you manage them as a group.
What are Device Groups used for?
Device Groups help you to:
✅ Apply a policy to multiple devices at once
✅ Organize devices by department, location, or role
✅ Assign different configurations to different teams
✅ Control devices in bulk
How Groups Work With Enrolment
When enrolling devices, you can:
- Assign a Group directly in the enrolment token
- Or assign a Policy, which then places the device into the Default Group
This allows you to fully automate device organization during mass enrollments.
